The coaching carousel on the defensive side of the football continued Saturday for the Washington Redskins.

According to ESPN's John Keim, inside linebackers coach Kirk Olivadotti was hired to join the Green Bay Packers in a similar role.

Olivadotti has served two separate tenures in Washington. His first stop in Washington was from 2000-2010, where he held various coaching positions across special teams and defense. Jay Gruden then hired him to rejoin the staff in 2014.

With Olivadotti now in Green Bay, there's now another void to fill on the Redskins defensive coaching staff. Washington needs to hire a defensive backs coach as Torrian Gray was let go early in the offseason.

But with defensive coordinator Greg Manusky returning to the sidelines in 2019, Washington will likely both vacancies in the very near future.
