Who's Playing

Cincinnati @ Pittsburgh

Current Records: Cincinnati 1-1; Pittsburgh 1-1

What to Know

The Cincinnati Bengals and the Pittsburgh Steelers are set to square off in an AFC North matchup at 1 p.m. ET Sept. 26 at Heinz Field. The teams split their matchups last year, with Pittsburgh winning the first 36-10 at home and the Bengals taking the second 27-17.

It was a hard-fought contest, but Cincinnati had to settle for a 20-17 defeat against the Chicago Bears last week. One thing holding Cincinnati back was the mediocre play of QB Joe Burrow, who did not have his best game: despite two touchdowns, he threw three interceptions. Burrow ended up with a passer rating of 123.30.

Meanwhile, Pittsburgh came up short against the Las Vegas Raiders last week, falling 26-17. No one had a standout game offensively for Pittsburgh, but they got scores from WR JuJu Smith-Schuster and RB Najee Harris. QB Ben Roethlisberger ended up with a passer rating of 132.70.

With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Giving up four turnovers, the Bengals had had trouble holding onto the ball. We'll see if the Steelers can exploit that vulnerability.
