Give this Swiss skier all the gold medals for this unbelievable escalator stunt

This is Swiss skier Fabian Bösch. This is an escalator. Watch:

I've watched it five times now, plan on another five times after publishing this and then will probably keep it on a loop during Monday night's coverage.

It's amazing. I'd say the ski slopestyler was flouting the escalator rules listed on the blue sign below, but I imagine it placed no ban on Statue of Libertying up the side of it. Take note, Tokyo 2020.

Lest you doubt the athletic ability of Mr. Bösch, apparently he's been climbing sans escalators in Pyeonchang too.

It's an honor to represent Switzerland at the Olympics! I wanna thank everyone who supported me over the past couple of years and made this possible! Looking forward to show my skiing to the world #fürsvaterland #nstg #dowhatyoucant : @swissfreeski

Bosch officially begins his Winter Games on Sunday in the qualifying heats of the men's slopestyle. If that's an Olympic sport, then escalator holding definitely can't be far off.
