WASHINGTON, DC — There are plenty of things to do and see in the D.C. area this weekend — including the Chocolate, Wine & Whiskey Festival, the Virginia Black History Month Gala, and the Maple Syrup Boil-Down.

If you're thinking of taking the Metro on Saturday, Feb. 23 or Sunday, Feb. 24, you should plan accordingly. Service changes might cause some delays. Here's everything you need to know before heading out for the weekend:

From 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Red Line trains will operate every 8 minutes between Farragut North and Silver Spring. Trains will run every 16 minutes between Shady Grove and Glenmont. Lastly, trains will single-track between Van Ness-UDC and Dupont Circle.

Orange Line trains will run every 20 minutes. Due to rail work, trains will single-track between Stadium-Armory and Cheverly.

Yellow Line trains will operate on a regular weekend schedule between Huntington and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Riders traveling to and from stations north of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport should take the Blue Line to their destination. According to WMATA, there will be no supplemental shuttle bus service for this work.

Green Line trains will run every 18 minutes. Due to rail work, trains will single-track between L'Enfant Plaza and Mt. Vernon Square.

Silver and Blue Line trains will operate on a normal weekend schedule.
