Overdose in Gaslamp Quarter brings attention to San Diego's fentanyl crisis
ABC 10News spoke to a bystander who jumped into action when they saw a person overdosing in a Gaslamp Quarter parking lot early Wednesday morning. The woman says she carries Narcan on her because of the alarmingly high number of overdoses that can happen in one day.
