Quick Points: Earn bonus points by registering for hotel promotions
Your email inbox likely sees a daily deluge of promotional emails from all sorts of travel and lifestyle brands. The sometimes sensationalized language in the subject lines is often irritating enough to make you close your browser.
The promotional emails you should always click on, however, are ones sent by your favorite hotel loyalty programs. Though sometimes lackluster, promotions sent by major hotel chains can yield a significant uptick in rewards you earn on paid stays.
Even if you don’t foresee yourself staying at these hotels during the promotional period, it’s a good idea to enroll anyway. You never know what unexpected event will put you at the doorstep of a hotel.

You can enroll in Marriott promotions by going to Marriott’s website, signing in and heading to the Promotions Central page. Do this by clicking on your name at the upper right-hand corner of the screen and then selecting the “Promotions” button.
You can view all current offers at the center of the page. Click the “Register” button to enroll in the active promotions.
