Thankfully, the analysts at Travelmath have finally done some real number-crunching for us all. Using Bureau of Transportation Statistics data from 2015, they ranked 322 U.S. airports on six factors including the number of cancelled flights, the average delay time and the number of minutes it takes to taxi to the gate. The results confirm what we've long feared to be true: New York's big-name airports, including Newark, LaGuardia and JFK, rank in the top 10 worst airports. A handful of regional ones -- including Colorado's Aspen-Pitkin County Airport and Missouri's Columbia Regional -- also made the list, partly due to abnormally high numbers of cancelled flights.
