This Is The Caribbean's Greatest Secret

From a bird's eye view, the French Caribbean islands of Guadeloupe look like the wings of a butterfly. The Gaudeloupe islands are situated within the lower crescent of the Caribbean archipelago between the islands of Montserrat and Dominica. Not only do these twin islands and cluster of islets offer spectacular white sand beaches. They also have waterfalls, mountainous rainforests and cultural institutions dedicated to the islands' pre-Hispanic peoples and subsequent slave trade. To reach the islands it's just an hour's ferry ride from the main islands of Grande-Terre and Basse-Terre.
