Buffalo Supermarket Shooting Victims Include Grandmothers, Retired Cop
We’re learning more about the victims of the Buffalo supermarket massacre. Aaron Salter Jr. is being praised as a hero. The 55-year-old worked security at the store, and opened fire on the gunman before being shot to death. Ruth Whitfield, 86, was a grandmother of eight who sang in her church choir. And 72-year-old Katherine Massey was a well-known civil rights activist who wrote a letter to a local newspaper last year condemning gun violence.
