Being famous has its privileges, but it can't protect you from everything. See which celebs have cheated the reaper in these scary encounters. Tracy MorganIn the early morning hours of June 7, 2014, the comedian was a passenger in a limousine bus following a show in Delaware when it was involved in a six-vehicle accident on the New Jersey Turnpike. Tracy's friend, fellow comedian James "Jimmy Mack" McNair, died in the accident and several other passengers were critically injured. Tracy was transported by helicopter to the intensive care unit at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. According to Tracy's rep, "He sustained a number of injuries including a broken leg, a broken femur, a broken nose and several broken ribs. ... His family is tremendously overwhelmed and appreciative of the outpouring of love and support from his fans." The "30 Rock" and "Saturday Night Live" star is expected to make a full recovery. The man who is allegedly responsible for causing the crash -- a Walmart truck driver named Kevin Roper of Jonesboro, Ga. -- has been charged with one count of death by auto and four counts of assault by auto.
