The 2017 Grammy Award nominations will be announced early Tuesday morning. Who will be up for the biggest music prizes of the year?

Meghan Trainor, who was named the Grammys best new artist for 2015, will kick off the announcement by revealing the four nominees in the general field categories: record of the year, album of the year, song of the year, and best new artist. It will air live on “CBS This Morning” at 8:30 a.m. EST.

Want to watch the big announcement, but not near a TV? No problem. The Recording Academy will also provide a live stream of the event on the Grammys website.

Immediately following the reveal of the nominees in the general field categories, the Recording Academy will announce all of the nominees in 84 categories on Grammy.com. The action will also be unfolding via the Recording Academy/Grammy Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts.

Those expected to dominate the nominations include Beyonce, with “Lemonade,” an album that embedded itself in the cultural zeitgeist; Adele, who bowed her follow-up to “21,” “25,” last year; and the late David Bowie, who released his final album, “Blackstar,” just days before his death.

The 2017 Grammy Awards will air live on CBS on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017, at 8 p.m. EST/PST.
