Justin Bieber charged with vandalism in Brazil after being caught spraying graffiti

While in Bogota last week, Bieber spray-painted a wall lining one of the Colombian city's biggest streets, and was escorted into a police car by officers. Overall, the South American leg of Bieber's Believe tour has been rife with controversy.The singer was spotted allegedly exiting a brothel in Rio de Janeiro last weekend -- a report he vehemently denied on Twitter with his 46 million followers. Bieber also stormed off stage after being hit with a water bottle during a concert, and was also filmed sleeping in a now-viral YouTube video by a mysterious woman, later identified as Tatiana Neves Barbosa.The "Recovery" singer is set to perform in Cordoba on Friday night.
