Manchester United owner Malcolm Glazer dead at 85

Malcolm Glazer, the owner of Manchester United and American football team the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has died. The 85 year old passed away on Wednesday (28May14) in his native Rochester, New York. The billionaire purchased the Buccaneers in 1995 and hoisted the team's first and only Super Bowl trophy in 2002. His former Super Bowl-winning coach, Jon Gruden, tells the Tampa Bay Times, "He was a genuine, hard-working, one-of-a-kind man. He was a friend, a trailblazer and I'll miss him." Glazer became the owner of Manchester United in 2005 and saw the English team win five Premier League titles, as well as the 2008 UEFA Champions League.
