'Out of control' Lindsay Lohan reportedly claims tax trouble isn't her fault

It doesn't take the psychic who was punched in the face by Lindsay Lohan to predict that things are likely going to get worse for her from here. With her bank accounts frozen and real jail time a possibility, the slow-motion train wreck is spiraling faster than usual, according to her inner circle. She's "out of control," a source warns People. "Her friends don't know what to do. She won't ever change." Amid rumblings that Lindsay, 26, is downing two liters of vodka a day, another insider confirms alcohol remains a big problem."She will fool people into thinking she's changed," explains the friend, "but at some point in the night, she always snaps, and it's always the same story."And that story inevitably begins with Lindsay declaring that she's the victim. This time, her supposed persecutor is the Internal Revenue Service, a big meanie that expects her to cough up taxes for 2009, 2010 and 2011."Lindsay is freaking out. And she's doing what she always does, which is to say it's not her fault and point the finger at someone else in her team," a spy tells the New York Post. "She says she didn't know anything about it. … She's broke, and it's not her fault."Well, broke except for the $10,000 in cash she was reportedly carrying around the night she got into a tussle with psychic Tiffany Mitchell at a New York hot spot. Either way, one confidant isn't too worried. "Lindsay is a disaster with money," says the snitch. "But she's a hustler and always finds somebody at the last minute to bail her out."Perhaps Charlie Sheen will offer up another $100,000 to relieve her tax burden. Or Lifetime will decide to put the Dana Plato story into production with Lindsay as the lead. Meanwhile, a source, whose name presumably rhymes with Lina Dohan, scoffs to People that Lindsay is just fine, and it's the "near constant criticism" that's upsetting her."If everything you did was criticized, you'd lash out too," insists the "pal." "But she'll be fine, she's tough. She'll probably outlive everyone."
