Another one of Washington Irving's short stories might soon find a home on TV.

Less than a year after Fox successfully brought Irving's Sleepy Hollow to the small screen, SundanceTV is developing a new drama in the vein of Irving's famous short story Rip Van Winkle, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Crack in the Sky follows a man described as a "Don Draper-type" who falls asleep in 1962 and wakes up in 2012. Sleepy Hollow, which was adapted from Irving's The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, features a similar storyline in which Ichabod Crane wakes up in 2013 after dying 200 years earlier. (Check out episodes of Sleepy Hollow here.)

E. Max Frye (Band of Brothers) will write the script and executive-produce alongside Deborah Spera (Criminal Minds) and Maria Grasso (Ricochet).
