Taylor Swift, One Direction top DoSomething.org's 2013 Celebs Gone Good listThey may have gone their separate ways romantically, but Taylor Swift and Harry Styles remain kindred spirits when it comes to charity. DoSomething.org recently tallied up Hollywood's best samaritans and Tay-Tay landed at the top of the list for the second year in a row, according to a press release issued by the organization on Thursday. Her ex, Harry Styles came in second with One Direction, marking the band's debut on the annual countdown of famous do-gooders.In addition to forking over $100,000 to The Nashville Symphony on her 24th birthday, Swifty helped raise money for British homeless kids this month when she appeared at Prince William's Winter White Gala. One Direction, meanwhile, visited Ghana earlier this year in conjunction with Comic Relief, a U.K.-based group that strives to end poverty and "drive positive change through entertainment." The boy-banders later helped raise $800,000 for cancer research. Many of the other celebs mentioned -- including Carrie Underwood, Alicia Keys and the late Paul Walker -- were honored for their aid to Philippines Typhoon victims.
