Justin Bieber is slated for a deposition regarding his bodyguards' behaviorWith numerous legal issues swirling around him, Justin Bieber is now also about to face a deposition in Miami pegged to allegations that he ordered his bodyguard to attack a photographer named Jeffrey Binion and remove the memory card from his camera back in 2013. People reports that Bionon's legal team will be allowed to question the singer not only about the alleged incident with Binion, but about reports of other aggressive or allegedly violent behavior on the part of his bodyguards.Bieber's lawyer reportedly tried to prevent the deposition but were denied multiple requests by Miami Judge Sarah Zabel. They also failed to convince the court to keep a videotape of the deposition from being viewed publicly."The Binion lawsuit is totally without merit, as are the recent Miami DUI and Toronto assault cases where Justin has been wrongfully accused," Howard Weitzman, one of Bieber's lawyers, tells People. "These cases are all in the early stages of [legal procedure]. We choose to litigate them through the courts instead of the media." The singer also faces a trial stemming from his recent DUI and resisting arrest charges in the U.S., as well as a March court date in Canada regarding a claim that he assaulted a limo driver.
