Kim Kardashian is losing baby weight with the Atkins dietAfter a body-focused scourge of media scrutiny during her pregnancy, Kim Kardashian is well on her way to her pre-baby figure. "I've actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it," the reality star tweeted this week. Us checked in with a rep for Atkins, who shared more deets about what that diet entails. "She is eating lots of lean proteins, healthy fats like nuts and avocado, carbs, fruits, veggies and cheese," said the spokesperson. "She wanted to be a healthy, nursing mom and not toxify her milk with her diet or lose weight too quickly.
