Tom Arnold had a miserable time on “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!,” the Australian spinoff of the British reality show. The show was set in the jungles of South Africa. Arnold was booted off after one episode, most of which he spent in bed and complaining that he was not given enough food.

But according to a suit Arnold filed Thursday in L.A. Superior Court, that wasn’t the worst of it. Arnold had agreed to do the show on the condition that he also be paid for an Australian comedy tour. He alleges that Network Ten, the Australian broadcaster, reneged on its deal after the taping and canceled the comedy tour.

Arnold claims he was promised a package deal worth $425,000, but that Network Ten still owes him $140,000.

Network Ten denies that it owes Arnold any money.

“All amounts owed to Tom Arnold by Network Ten have been paid,” a spokesperson told news.com.au. “We have fully discharged all our obligations to Tom Arnold. And we have received no notice of any legal proceedings.”

The beef has made headlines in Australia for months. In March, the network told Daily Mail Australia that the comedy tour was not guaranteed, and that the tour operator dropped the plans “due to his performance in the jungle.”
