Hawn of the Dead: When preparing to trek across the tundra, it's crucial to have the proper gear. For part-time Arctic adventurer Goldie Hawn, that means warding off frostbite in a hooded fur coat made from several dozen feral kittens and the woolly pelt of Cha-Ka from "Land of the Lost." But before the dizzy actress mushes her sled dog team across the icy landscape, she makes a pit stop in Amsterdam to pick up an award. So what if there's nary a penguin or a polar bear in sight and the guy standing next to her is wearing a lightweight suit -- Goldie isn't about to risk catching a chill. Too bad she forgot the most important rule of cold weather survival: No open-toed shoes after Labor Day or before the first thaw. (Reni Van Maren/SUNSHINE/Retna Ltd.)
