Why Hopewell High moved football kick-off time, limited fans

Football is a way of life and a big deal here Hopewell, Virginia. Just days before the Hopewell High School football team was to compete against Petersburg High School on Thursday night, the school made several changes in the name of safety and security. First, the game's kick-off was moved to an earlier time. Then, the number of people allowed to sit in the stands and watch the game was limited to just 500 fans.
