Whale Performs Spinning Breach Near Fishing Boat at Cape Moreton, Queensland
Two Queensland fishermen were treated to a spectacular whale breach off Cape Moreton on August 31. Kyle Mawson filmed this video showing the whale appearing suddenly from the water, performing a partial spin while airborne and then disappearing into the sea again near his fishing boat. “Whaaaat?” a man’s voice can be heard saying in the video.
