16-Year-Old Dies From Shark Attack After Jumping in River
A 16-year-old girl died after being attacked by a shark. It happened in a river in Perth, Australia. The girl was pulled from the water with critical injuries and died shortly after. “Some life preserving measures were put on the female but unfortunately she was pronounced deceased at the scene,” said Acting Police Inspector Paul Robinson. “The investigation is still ongoing, it is very very early stages however all indications, by witness accounts, is that it appears to be a shark related incident."
