Who's the Mystery $2 Billion Lotto Winner?
Mystery surrounds the winner of the largest jackpot in history. The $2.4 billion Powerball ticket was sold back in November at Joe's Service Center in Altadena, California. However, the only person to collect anything so far is owner Joe Chahayed, who received $1 million for selling the winning ticket. The lucky winner has yet to claim their prize. In California, the names of Lotto winners must be made public. The winner has one year to claim their winnings.
