Woman Having Medical Episode Falls Onto New York City Subway Tracks
NYPD officers saved a woman who fell onto subway tracks. Two officers from the 68th precinct were on what the New York Police Department calls “their daily transit inspection” when the incident occurred. A woman having a medical episode tumbled onto the tracks in a Brooklyn subway station, moments before the next train arrived. The ill woman was lifted up and onto the platform where the second officer pulled her to safety. There has been no official word on the passenger’s condition.
