Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu plans to give Israelis easier access to firearms after two shootings in Jerusalem left seven dead. The attacks followed one of the deadliest raids in Jenin in nearly two decades, in a month where Israeli forces have killed 32 Palestinians.
