Rescues mount after Imelda pummels Texas

The remnants of Tropical Storm Imelda dumped historic amounts of rain in southeast Texas, the same region hammered in 2017 by Hurricane Harvey. More than 1,000 water rescues have been conducted in Houston so far. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports for TODAY.
