Americans celebrated Thanksgiving in the aftermath of two more mass shootings. Arming everyone isn't an answer, says CNN's Michael Smerconish: Give law enforcement access to technology, restrict weapons access, and elect "Presidents who will appoint Supreme Court justices who don't think the Second Amendment reference to 'a well-regulated militia' extends beyond militias."
