A look into the program helping make Wall Street more diverse
Over 100 students from historically Black colleges and universities are getting a unique introduction into alternative investing, including private equity, venture capital and other areas of finance. NBC’s Frank Holland reports on how three of Wall Street’s biggest firms are investing 90 million dollars over the next 10 years to provide paid experience, mentorship and networking opportunities to increase career opportunity.
