Cat Puts Its Nine Lives to the Test by Taking on Snake in Australian Garden

An Australian cat put its nine lives to the test by taking on a young python in a Coral Cove, Queensland, garden. The cat, owned by Olga Geurts’s neighbor, can be seen swatting at the snake with its paws in the video shared on Facebook. “We found a part of that snake the next morning,” Geurts said. She told Storyful that she thinks the cat ate the majority of the snake. “I presume the cat had no injuries, otherwise he wouldn’t have had an appetite to eat the snake,” she added.
