Half-Inch Thick Ice Coats Eastern Russia

For the first time in 30 years, pretty much anything that was outside was frozen over after days of inclement weather and a cyclone swept into Vladivostok, Russia. It made for a picturesque scene, but also caused some dangerous conditions and local authorities had to step in.
