Half-Inch Thick Ice Coats Eastern Russia
For the first time in 30 years, pretty much anything that was outside was frozen over after days of inclement weather and a cyclone swept into Vladivostok, Russia. It made for a picturesque scene, but also caused some dangerous conditions and local authorities had to step in. Even still, many people ignored the biting temperatures and conditions to marvel firsthand at the rare sight. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer has the details.
