How Your Child’s Language Develops Between Ages 1 and 4
You might be wondering ‘is my child’s speech developing correctly for their age?’ In this video, our certified pediatrician shares the typical developmental milestones to look out for in your child’s language as well as the steps you can take to help your child’s vocabulary to grow. Focusing between ages 1 and 4, the toddler will begin by saying a few words, like "mama" and "da-da." The preschooler’s vocabulary will improve and ultimately by age 4, where they will be able to communicate in complex sentences.
