Hundreds Protest at Tennessee Capitol After School Shooting
It was a storming of the capitol, on the state level. Hundreds of parents and students marched all the way to the Tennessee Capitol in Nashville just days after a shooter killed six people, including three 9-year-old kids, at a nearby private Christian school. They demanded lawmakers take action to prevent another tragedy like this from happening again. They shouted at lawmakers who were going about their business in the building.
