"Incendiary devices" found in car that struck 3 school children, police say
Three school-aged children were struck by a car driven by a man who had allegedly been removed from a nearby school for trespassing just prior to the collision. Police said they found four "incendiary devices" in the suspect's car following the crash. CBS Los Angeles' Michele Gile reports.
