Inmates Found at IHOP After Using Toothbrush to Escape Jail

Nemo were missing from their cells while doing a routine headcount. Officers were tipped off, and the suspects were found hours later eating at an IHOP. Police say the two suspects carved their way out by exploiting a construction design weakness of the minimum security facility. Inside Edition Digital has more.
