Kate Middleton Goes Rappelling & Mountain Biking On Adventurous Royal Outing
Kate Middleton is showing off her adventurous side! The Duchess of Cambridge had some fun in the great outdoors on Tuesday during a royal outing to England's Lake District. She visited the Royal Air Force Air Cadets for the reopening of the Windermere Adventure Training Centre. Kate joined them for a group mountain bike ride and then later swapped her bike helmet for some rock-climbing gear and rappelled down a rock face, smiling the entire time!
