Officer Saves K9 Partner From Car During a Tornado

Officer Joel Nitchman is a hero after running out to the car to grab his K9 partner in the middle of a tornado. His first thought after learning about the tornado was his pup, Ron, and he didn’t think twice about going out into the storm to save him. Officer Nitchman and Roni have been partners on the Deer Park, Texas, police team since 2018. “He's truly is my partner,” Officer Nitchman said to Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall. “That's my one best friend.”
