Texas Couple Who Got Married in Hospital Oppose Governor Lifting Mask Mandate
There is mixed reaction today to Texas governor Greg Abbott’s decision to do away with COVID-19 restrictions. He is lifting the state’s mask mandate and allowing businesses to reopen at full capacity, though some celebrities who own businesses there like Guy Fieri and Gwyneth Paltrow plan to maintain restrictions. Grace and Carlos Muniz had to move their wedding to the San Antonio Hospital where Carlos was fighting off the virus. Now recovering at home, he and Grace oppose the governor’s choice.
