Police staged a risky rescue mission in Ukraine this week in order to reunite a 6-year-old girl with her pregnant mother. It happened during some of the heaviest shelling and intense fighting on the frontlines since the war began on Feb. 24th, 2022. The little girl, named Alina, had tears in her eyes when she saw who came to rescue her. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer has the details.
