Winter Storm Causes Icy Driving Conditions in Western Minnesota
Blizzard conditions hit parts of northeast South Dakota and west-central Minnesota on Friday, January 15, with the National Weather Service warning people of very strong winds and icy roadways. The storm system was expected to bring winds to 65 mph, light snow, and light freezing drizzle into Friday evening.
