Mammoth Meat Might Be Back on the Menu
Using flesh cultivated from the DNA of an extinct wooly mammoth, this meatball was made in a lab by Vow, Australia’s largest cultured meat company. Though unregulated in the EU, cultured meat is making a big difference in food sustainability and culinary alternatives. Yair Ben-Dor has more.
