Report: Immigration issue shaped SF D.A.'s Fentanyl prosecutions
San Francisco D.A. Chesa Boudin has not been prosecuting Fentanyl dealers, reportedly over deportation concerns. The Sanctuary law is "an important protection of refugees. But it's being grossly abused by the district attorney," says California gubernatorial candidate Michael Shellenberger.
