United opens first flight school owned by major US airline
United Airlines is banking on Aviate Academy, the first flight school owned by a major US airline, as its solution to industry-wide staffing shortages and lack of diversity. Around 90% of commercial pilots in the US are White men, at United that number is around 80%. CNN's Pete Muntean reports.
