U.S. withdrawal from the TPP was a 'geopolitical gift' to China, fellow says
The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) had been a way to anchor the United States' presence in East Asia to ensure the region did not get dominated by China, says Kishore Mahbubani, distinguished fellow at the Asia Research Institute, National University of Singapore.
