Woman Declared Dead Discovered Alive at Funeral Home: Cops
A woman who was pronounced dead at a New York nursing home was discovered breathing at the funeral home, police say. The 82-year-old was in the care of Waters Edge Rehab and Nursing Center in Port Jefferson when she was pronounced dead. She was taken to O.B. Davis Funeral Homes in Miller Place where she was found to be alive about five hours after being declared dead. Suffolk County police are now investigating. Inside Edition Digital has more.
