Snow and wind Tuesday, clearing and cold Tuesday night

We'll see a Weather Alert kind of day across Southern Colorado, with rain, snow and gusty winds in the forecast. Rain will transition to snow in most areas by late this morning, with snow exiting the region by late this afternoon. Temperatures will be cold throughout the day, with most of us not warming out of the 30s.
