Residential neighborhoods will be icy Friday morning in Northwest Arkansas due to the refreeze overnight. Freezing fog is a big concern in the River Valley due to the combination of dense fog and below freezing temperatures. Majestic Storm says to drive with caution, especially over bridges, as visibility will be reduced and roads could be icy.
