Maine Farm Offers Yoga With Adorable Goats

Adorable goats joined guests for a relaxing yoga class at a farm in Cumberland, Maine. This footage was captured by Hope Hall of Sunflower Farm Creamery, and shows guests on yoga mats as goats roam around them. “The goats seem to enjoy it as much as the people! They sprint down to the yoga pasture and spent most of the hour meandering among the people as they do their poses or stop to scratch a goat chin," Hall wrote in the caption. An estimated “60 playful little goats” are born on the farm each spring, Hall said. Her YouTube channel features a wealth of videos showing the daily life and adventures of the farm’s inhabitants.
