Phoenix-area third-graders surprised with full college scholarships
Weeks ago, the parents of the third graders in Phoenix-area elementary schools were surprised with college scholarships that included tuition, room, and board for their children. The giveaway was a part of a commitment to education in underserved areas started by Phoenix business owners Jill and Tom Rosztoczy. They wanted kids, their families, and teachers to think about what could be possible in the future.
