Woman Films Her First Polar Plunge Attempt

A woman filmed her first attempt at polar plunging in Riis Beach, New York, and posted her reaction to the icy water on social media. Video filmed by Hila Perry shows her screaming as she runs into the frigid water before submerging herself.
